Our apartments

Every apartments is completely different. But every single one offers space and warm atmosphere for our guests. All apartments are conected to the digital world by LAN and WIFI. We distinguish three categories:

  • The Suites

    • These apartments are divided in livingroom with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace or balcony. All suites are sized between 55 and 62m² and are equipped with a fireplace. We will be happy to provide you with wood for free. Bed linen and towels are provided for free as well.

  • Our Juniorsuites

    • These apartments are divided in a spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The size varies between 40 and 45m², the terrace provides enough space for sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels and bed linen are provided for free.

  • Our double room

    • The room offers wonderful views of the surrounding hills of Valle San Giovanni and is divided into a 18m ² large bedroom and a bathroom and has NO kitchen.

  • Plenty of space by combining different apartments

    • Our apartments can be combined easily into larger units. Possible units are:

    A suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and kitchen

    By combining a suite, a junior suite and the double bedroom we can create an apartment with three seperate bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and a large terrace with a total living area of 180m ² for up to 8 persons. Perfect for groups! Ask for our promotions!
