The apartment is situated on the ground floor on the west side of the house is 42m² in size and has a very pleasant room climate. It is divided into bedroom with wardrobe, drawer and double bed, a living area with pantry kitchen and a couch and a bright bathroom. The ceilings of the rooms are highlighted with frescoes by Ilian Rakhov. The furniture in the apartment is from the 18th century. The double bed can be separated into two single beds on request.
The kitchen is part of the livingroom and is equipped with four burner gas hob, extractor, fridge, espresso machine, kitchen utensils, "Villeroy + Boch" cutlery and crockery, and a sink.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Towels are included in the price.
This apartment can be occupied with a maximum of 3 people. In this case the living room has to be used as a second bedroom. Please note, that our apartments have a very open design. You will not find doors between the rooms, except the bathroom.
The apartment has its own high-speed LAN and WIFI connection.
