Prices for the whole farm

Cà d'Massëu is rented as one unit to one group at a time — up to 18 guests. The weekly rate covers the entire property for up to 8 guests; each additional guest is €60 per night, up to the maximum of 18.

Discounts

• Early bird −10% — booked at least 8 months ahead.
• Last minute −15% — when the property is still free 3 weeks before arrival.

Surcharges

• Each additional guest above 8: €60 / night (up to 18 guests).
• Dogs: €10 / night. Cats: free of charge.

Included

• Children up to age 12: free of charge.
• Cot, high chair, firewood, parking, Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen.
• Final cleaning, tourist tax and all taxes/fees — no additional line at checkout.

Booking conditions

• Minimum stay 5 nights.
• 50% deposit on confirmation, balance on arrival.
• Free cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival; afterwards the deposit is forfeited.
